Recruitment is driven by perception, storytelling, and consistent visibility. The goal was to position Chi Omega Alpha Zeta as a top-choice chapter by showcasing authentic member experiences and chapter culture through strategic, storytelling-driven content. By maintaining a strong and consistent presence during key recruitment periods, we aimed to attract potential new members and influence decision-making.
RESULT
Grew following by 500+ followers and increased engagement by 7%, improving overall visibility during a critical recruitment period. Drove increased inbound interest, with more prospective members engaging with content and reaching out ahead of recruitment. Strengthened chapter brand perception through consistent, storytelling-driven content that highlighted authenticity and member experience. Contributed to a recruitment cycle where more members selected Chi Omega as their top choice than ever before.
