IDEA

After a transition in prior social media management, engagement declined despite an already established audience. The goal was to rebuild engagement and restore audience connection while supporting the launch of new revenue streams, including an online dance series and merchandise line. By refining content strategy and aligning it with audience behavior, we aimed to drive both engagement and conversions.

RESULT

Increased video performance 500%, drove 100+ off-platform clicks to a paid dance platform, directly supporting video sales. Established a consistent posting schedule and defined brand voice, strengthening audience recognition and retention. Rebuilt audience engagement and improved overall content performance following a period of decline. Secured brand partnerships through targeted outreach, creating additional revenue opportunities.
